All clients must provide a credit card to be kept on file with the parlor.

As a reservation of our stylists’ time, a deposit is required on all appointments.

No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in said deposit being withdrawn from your account. It cannot be redeemed for any future service, or at any future appointment.


C A N C E L L A T I O N S

any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your appointed service, known as a “Late fee.”

In the event that you do not contact us to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, there will be a charge of 100% of your appointed service, also known as a “no show fee.”
