To ensure your experience is seamless and tailored to you, please review the following before reserving your appointment:
If you have used box color on your hair within the past five years, we kindly ask that you book a Color Consultation prior to any color service. This allows us to connect, assess your hair, and thoughtfully plan your desired result.
For guests looking to refresh highlights or balayage, please select “Lightening Service” and book accordingly.
If your hair falls below underarm length and/or is thicker in texture, please be sure to add “Length + Texture” to your service so we can reserve the appropriate time for you.
Kindly note that pricing may vary based on length, texture, and the timing required for your service. A member of our team may reach out to confirm details of your appointment to ensure everything is perfectly aligned.
A Note on Reservations
To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event of an emergency, your deposit may be transferred as a credit on your account to be used toward a future visit. Please note that deposits are not returned to the original form of payment.
